Terms and Conditions

These terms govern access to ForgeLabs digital properties and the professional services we provide to clients.

Effective date: May 18, 2026. For project engagements, these terms work alongside signed contracts, statements of work, and written change requests.

Acceptance of terms

  • By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and applicable laws.
  • If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue use of our website and services.

Scope of services

  • ForgeLabs provides AI automation, software development, SEO, and Generative Engine Optimization services.
  • Project scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in separate proposals, statements of work, or contracts.
  • Any change request outside the agreed scope may impact timelines, costs, and delivery responsibilities.

Client responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and required access to relevant systems or assets.
  • You are responsible for securing your own credentials, accounts, and internal approvals before implementation.
  • Delays in approvals, assets, or system access may extend project schedules and related delivery milestones.

Intellectual property

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, and methodologies remain ForgeLabs property.
  • Client-specific deliverables are licensed or assigned as defined in the governing project agreement.
  • You must not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute proprietary ForgeLabs assets beyond permitted use.

Fees and payment

  • Fees, invoicing schedules, and payment terms are set in the applicable proposal or contract.
  • Late payments may pause work, delay delivery, or incur additional charges where permitted by law.
  • Taxes, duties, and regulatory charges are the client responsibility unless explicitly included in writing.

Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to protect confidential information and use it only for authorized project purposes.
  • Confidentiality obligations survive project completion unless superseded by a separate NDA or contract.

Warranties and liability limits

  • Services are provided with professional care, but no guarantee is made for uninterrupted availability or specific business outcomes.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, ForgeLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • Total liability is limited to amounts paid for the affected services under the relevant agreement period.

Termination

  • Either party may terminate according to the notice and conditions specified in the governing agreement.
  • On termination, all outstanding fees for completed work and approved in-progress work become payable.
  • Provisions related to confidentiality, IP, payment obligations, and liability survive termination.

Changes to these terms

  • We may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect legal, operational, or service changes.
  • Material updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
  • Continued use of the website or services after updates indicates acceptance of revised terms.
